This media is impact-modified nylon with an anti-static agent making it ideal for deflashing thermoset and thermoplastic moulded components and is used extensively in the electronics and automotive industries.
Designed specifically to deflash complex and intricate thermoset and thermoplastic mouldings non aggressively to preserve the moulded components dimensional integrity in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. For more robust applications our polycarbonate media can also be used.
