Dieblast’s range of impact modified polycarbonate deflashing media is designed to remove flashing at cryogenic temperatures without damaging moulded components and is produced in sizes of 0.5mm to 2mm and either cylindrical or cubical in shape.
Deflashing small delicate ‘O’ rings at -40°c through to large bellow type mouldings and silicone overmouldings at -120°c we have a deflashing media to cover all bases.
Using our cryogenic test facility, we are able to help customers optimise their product-specific operating parameters to improve their manufacturing efficiency.
For mouldings used in some food and medical applications a bisphenol free material is also available in the same range of sizes and shapes.
