Dieblast Systems only use 100% high quality virgin raw material to manufacture our media and always have at least 100 tonnes of raw material in stock any one time to ensure guaranteed continuity of supply, batch to batch product consistency of quality and product performance – things that our customers don’t need to worry about.
Our deflashing compounds are compatible with all the world’s leading manufacturers of deflashing equipment and while many equipment manufacturers recommend our media Dieblast remain an independent global supplier of blast media to the rubber, plastic, thermoset and metal diecasting industry.
We see our customers as partners and can offer trials through our in-house cryogenic test facility to help optimise media performance for customer specific components.
